Many outsiders are unaware that the spray painting industry installs and uses general waste gas treatment devices, such as spray towers, photocatalytic devices, and other single environmental protection equipment. These exhaust gas treatments have low efficiency (with a purification rate of only about 30%), as well as drawbacks such as high energy consumption, large footprint, and tedious maintenance in the later stages. 1、 Process flow of RTO catalytic combustion device
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The suspended solids, paint mist or viscous substances in the exhaust gas should be filtered out through a pre filter first, and then honeycomb shaped activated carbon with a large specific surface area should be used for adsorption to adsorb the exhaust gas into the activated carbon body. Then, high-temperature heating should be used to desorb the exhaust gas saturated with activated carbon adsorption (multi bed cycle desorption). The concentrated exhaust gas should be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water using a catalytic combustion furnace combined with a catalyst. The desorbed activated carbon should continue to adsorb the exhaust gas, and finally, processes such as adsorption+desorption+catalytic combustion can be used to achieve low-energy operation.
 
 
 
It is usually suitable for exhaust gases with lower concentrations of 500-3500 mg/m3 and should not be treated by direct combustion, catalytic combustion, or adsorption recovery methods. Especially for high air volume, the treatment effect can reach over 98%. After adsorption purification and desorption, it is converted into low air volume, high concentration exhaust gas, which is subjected to thermal oxidation treatment, and the heat released by combustion is utilized. The RTO catalytic combustion device has a purification effect on the treatment of industrial waste gas applied in processes such as painting, rubber processing, plastic processing, resin processing, leather processing, food industry, and casting industry.

3、 Application of RTO catalytic combustion equipment
 
The solvents that can be processed include benzene, ketones, lipids, alcohols, aldehydes, ethers, alkanes, and their mixtures. It can be widely used for exhaust gas purification in painting and coating workshops of automobile, shipbuilding, motorcycle, bicycle, household appliances, and container production plants. It can also be used in conjunction with assembly line equipment such as shoe adhesives, printing iron cans, chemical plastics, printing ink, cables, and enameled wires.
